Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by 5Service AB, a company registered in Sweden (org. nr. to be confirmed), with its registered office at Aröds industriväg 66, 417 05 Göteborg.

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

5Service AB provides professional exterior cleaning and property maintenance services including, but not limited to, facade washing, roof washing, window cleaning, ground washing, and seasonal services. The specific scope of each job is confirmed in the written quote provided to the customer prior to commencement of work.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and a site assessment where applicable. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• The property size or condition differs significantly from what was described.
• Additional work is requested on-site beyond the original scope.
• Access to the property requires special equipment not included in the original quote.
• Unforeseen hazardous materials or structural conditions are discovered.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon written acceptance of a quote. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 500 SEK to cover preparation costs. 5Service AB reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, with no charge to the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. For projects exceeding 10 000 SEK, a deposit of up to 30% may be required before work commences.

Late payments are subject to statutory interest in accordance with Swedish law (Räntelagen). 5Service AB reserves the right to pause or withhold future bookings for accounts with outstanding invoices.

6. Guarantee

5Service AB provides a 5-year workmanship guarantee on all completed services. This guarantee covers defects directly attributable to our work. It does not cover damage caused by weather events, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear after completion. Guarantee claims must be submitted in writing within the guarantee period.

7. Liability

5Service AB holds full public liability insurance. In the event of property damage caused directly by our team during a job, we will assess and resolve the claim in good faith. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, indirect losses, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal data collected through our website, quote forms, and correspondence is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection law. We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. 9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate Swedish court or, where applicable, the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
